Personal brand – practise what you preach

I feel like a bit of a fraud preaching the personal brand message to colleagues and students when I have not had a consistent corner of the internet to call my own, well… ever.

My blogging has been sporadic, and most of my publishing online is limited to my day job as the digital editor of a local daily newspaper.

Oh, and not forgetting the hours I have spent on the usual social networking and media sites.

I never was very good at keeping a diary, always starting on January 1 full of conviction before realising I’d run out of things to say by January 6.

So, here goes…
